Overview
The empty containers are manually placed by the machine operator under the filling point, the filling process is triggered by a foot starter, the dosing is automated. The machines can be equipped with one or two dosing pistons.
Pneumatic and servo-electric versions are available. Servo machines can be expanded to a fully automatic system with a conveyor belt. Depending on the product properties, the output is 600 to 1200 containers per hour with two filling stations.
