Würschum is a globally active, highly specialised provider of high precision dosing and filling machines, well known for its innovative and customer focused business approach.

As part of our philosophy „Your satisfaction is our benchmark“ we always have an eye on our customers. As a basis for a long term and beneficial relationship we value trust and appreciation of each other very much. That’s not only important for the relationship to our customer, but also suppliers and employees as well.
Looking back at the last 60 years we can truly say, that we still have customers, who already purchased our products in the 60s. Our reference lists show many examples that our customers make their long-term investment decisions with us over the course of decades.
Abroad we continue to successfully work together with many local agencies and our US division, as we have done for many years. Worldwide, this has resulted in many strong customer relationships and countless system orders.
We also value the relationship to our suppliers very much. With many suppliers we work together for decades and went through the ups and downs of economic cycles together.
Most important is our long term approach to business when we look at our loyal employees. We regularly celebrate 10 and 25 year anniversaries, we even had a 40 year anniversary a couple of years ago. Even after retirement we still stay in touch and invite retirees to our Christmas and other festivities like our 50 year anniversary.
